WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major payment methods like debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, BHIM UPI, PayTM.

We do not provide cash on delivery.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

We understand your concern for quality & authenticity when it comes to shopping for pets online, but Petstreet is committed to provide you with 100% authentic products. The biggest guarantee that we can give our clients is that Petstreet is a family business which survives and thrives on customer satisfaction and trust and hence, we will never intentionally provide you with a bad/expired/damaged product. CAN I PAY AFTER DELIVERY?

This payment method is only available for local deliveries which are done by Petstreet delivery agents. For this method, you need to take a screenshot of your cart and send it to us via Whatsapp or Facebook messenger. The nearest store to you will contact you and further coordinate with you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be emailed a tracking number for your order as soon as your order has been dispatched from our stores. If, for any reason, the tracking number doesn’t work, you may contact us on woof@petstreet.in or you can call any of the store owners to know the update of your order.
