HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To request a return or exchange, you need to send us an email to woof@petstreet.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will further coordinate with you.
If you live nearby any of our stores in Ghaziabad & Noida, you can visit the store with the product and invoice to get it exchanged or returned. The store owners will check for any damages and process your exchange/refund either instantly or within 24 hours.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Products can only be canceled before dispatch. Once a parcel has been dispatched, you will be required to receive the order and then follow the return procedure.
HOW IS A RETURN/REFUND PROCESSED?
After you send us an email, our team will take you through the process. You will be asked to courier the product to us. The courier charge will be sent back to you within two days of receiving the parcel. However, the exchange/refund will only be processed if the product received is undamaged, unopened, unused and/or in perfect condition.
